The wear-resistant ceramic lining with 92% alumina content is equipped with slots, which is easy to install, not easy to fall off, and extends its service life. It is made of high-quality alumina powder fired at a high temperature of 1700 degrees Celsius. It has advantages such as high hardness, good regularity, and easy construction. It has good wear resistance and is suitable for wear-resistant lining of ball mills.
There are different types of wear-resistant ceramic liners that are suitable for different industries, equipment, or parts. Large ball mills usually use brick liners with a thickness of over 40mm, and ceramic liners can be used for pipelines or other equipment. Aluminum oxide lining can also be used in combination with rubber lining or steel plate to prevent corrosion or wear on the equipment.

How to install 92% alumina lining bricks?
Installation of ball mill lining usually start from the side wall. Then install the body bricks to make gaps between each bricks thiner.
Match Rectangle Bricks and Trapezoidal Bricks to fit the ball mill drum well.
After installation, the ball mill must be cleaned then it can resume work.
