High temperature stability: Silicon Carbide Plate has excellent high temperature stability and oxidation resistance, can work stably for a long time in a high temperature environment, and is not easy to oxidize and decompose.
High hardness: Refractory SIC plate has high hardness & excellent wear resistance，not easy to be worn and damaged.
Corrosion resistance: It has excellent corrosion resistance and is not easily corroded by acids, alkalis, salts and other chemical substances.
High strength: Silicon Carbide Plate has high strength and rigidity, and can withstand large external forces and loads.
Good thermal conductivity: It has excellent thermal conductivity, can transfer heat quickly, and is suitable for high-temperature heating occasions.
