We use high-quality & high-silicon ores as raw materials, and process high-quality high-silicon grinding balls through crushing, grinding, machine screening, manual sorting and other processes.
Tips--what we need to care when choose flint pebbles as grinding media?
Hardness: Match the hardness of the flint pebbles to the hardness of the mineral you're grinding. Using overly hard pebbles on softer minerals can lead to excessive wear and tear on the pebbles, while using softer pebbles on hard minerals will be ineffective.
Iron content: For white ceramics or other applications where iron contamination must be minimized, opt for French flint with its exceptionally low iron content. For less sensitive applications, Danish or Chinese flint might suffice.
Chemical reactivity: Ensure the chemical composition of the pebbles doesn't react with the mineral being ground, compromising purity or causing undesired reactions.
